Spiritual Pointers for Constructive Teamwork

As God's Leaders, we all have a responsibility to be responsible and accountable for our lives.

1. Respect God-Given Leadership:

Here we must be careful not to serve the Leader. We have a tendency to love and follow a certain style of leadership that we love but that habit should not allow us to discredit another style of leadership that we do not like. In that case, we may produce families of different leadership within the same group/organization. By honoring the leader we are actually honoring the anointing of God's leadership over the Leader concerned. It does not matter if the leader is younger than us in terms of age, experience, education, social status, skills, and so on or not, the Leader is a Leader after all.

2. Crystal Clear Communication between all people in the group is required:

We must not leave any room for cases/grievances to be kept in order to cause further damage within the party. Whenever there is negligence/conflict, it should be clearly stated and the necessary solution should be sought in advance for harmony and singing.

3. Understand that different leadership styles are compatible and beneficial to the team:

Leaders/leadership methods may be different but in reality, they should not argue in a way that causes division in the group.

4. Let's Respect Each Other Qualities: Gifts, Talents, Ordination, Vision, Dignity, etc. it is a gift from God. We may disagree, accept, affirm, and support each other's point of view at all times but it is always important to listen carefully, to give importance and consideration to another's point of view.

5. Failure to fulfill the obligations on the part of the Leader or any member of the party is natural:

Since we are all human - it is obvious that we will always fail. It is important that we analyze, correct, and isolate ourselves from the group (including the Leaders) without criticizing, criticizing, or criticizing others. We should always strive to cover the shame of others.

6. Everyone, including leaders, should be open to "Advanced and Positive Criticism":

For the benefit of the long-term team, all (including leaders) must be open to critical analysis focused on development. At the same time, we need to be careful that we do not allow anyone to humiliate us or make us disrespectful or disrespectful. We must not forget that ALL of us are created in God's image.

Although there are no such strict and fast rules of Spiritual Leadership, we need to be very careful in our lives as Spirit leaders.

As God's Leaders, we all have a responsibility to be responsible and accountable for our lives.

We should always respect the God-given leadership of the Leader and keep him in the right position - not too high or too low compared to others in the Group.
